The "Atmosphere" sideguards consist of a tiltable frame that is attached to the bed with two firm bars. The sideguards can be lowered by unlocking the safety catch under the sideguards with one hand, while lowering the sideguards towards the foot end with the other hand. The sideguards remain completely within the width of the bed and do not rise above above the mattress in the lowest position.
